Ingredients:
- 500 gram taro, chopped
- 45 gram shaved coconut, (bake in 15 minutes)
- ½ teaspoon salt
For the sauce:
- 150 gram water
- 150 gram brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 pieces pandan leaves
- 5 pieces jack fruit (chopped into dice)
Steps:
- Mash taro using a fork until smooth
- Add shaved coconut and salt, stir well
- Prepare an aluminum (square pan 20 x 20 x 20 cm that has been covered with butter)
- Put the batter onto the square pan, flatten it
- Cut the batter into diamond-shaped pieces
- Boil water, brown sugar, salt, and pandan leaves until all dissolved
- Add jack fruit pieces into the sauce
- Enjoy the food!
